PEARL Matcha Collagen & Caramel Bites
The ultimate grab and go beauty bite filled with healthy fats, antioxidants and collagen peptides. Chewy caramel with hints of matcha and sesame - these are our Par Olive office favourite.
MATCHA COLLAGEN & CARAMEL BITES
- 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 2 tbsp. hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp. plant based vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup cashew butter
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 4 dates (soak in hot water for 2 minutes to soften, then drain water)
- 3 tbsp. PEARL Marine Collagen (Japanese Matcha)
- 1/2 cup almond meal
TOPPINGS:
- 4 tbsp. shredded unsweetened coconut
INSTRUCTIONS

In a food processor, add all ingredients and blend until a thick cookie dough like texture.

If mixture is crumbly, add more cashew butter or tahini, or if it is slightly wet add more almond flour.

Scoop into 1 tbsp. amounts and roll into balls, repeating until all dough is formed into balls

Roll in shredded coconut and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Store in the fridge for up to 10 days, or in the freezer for 1 month
