PEARL Matcha Collagen & Caramel Bites

Par Olive PEARL Matcha Collagen

The ultimate grab and go beauty bite filled with healthy fats, antioxidants and collagen peptides. Chewy caramel with hints of matcha and sesame - these are our Par Olive office favourite.


MATCHA COLLAGEN & CARAMEL BITES

  • 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 2 tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp. plant based vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 4 dates (soak in hot water for 2 minutes to soften, then drain water)
  • 3 tbsp. PEARL Marine Collagen (Japanese Matcha)
  • 1/2 cup almond meal

TOPPINGS:

  • 4 tbsp. shredded unsweetened coconut

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a food processor, add all ingredients and blend until a thick cookie dough like texture.

  • If mixture is crumbly, add more cashew butter or tahini, or if it is slightly wet add more almond flour.

  • Scoop into 1 tbsp. amounts and roll into balls, repeating until all dough is formed into balls

  • Roll in shredded coconut and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

  • Store in the fridge for up to 10 days, or in the freezer for 1 month
