MATCHA COLLAGEN PANNA COTTA
A dessert that does more than just satisfy your sweet tooth. This Matcha Collagen Panna Cotta is a silky, nourishing treat infused with PEARL’s Ceremonial Grade Matcha.
The perfect balance of indulgence and intention.
Ingredients:
1 tsp gelatine or agar agar
2 tsp PEARL Ceremonial Grade Matcha
1 can coconut milk (make sure it’s a creamy one!)
1 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla
Method:
– Place a small saucepan over medium heat and add the coconut milk, gelatine, PEARL (matcha), maple syrup, and vanilla, whisking continuously.
– Gently bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring for 3-4 minutes until everything is well combined, smooth, and silky.
– Carefully pour the mixture into your mould/s of choice.
– Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours, or until set and enjoy!
Tip: the longer you leave it, the firmer it will become.
