Chocolate Coconut Collagen Power Balls

Chocolatey, nourishing, and quietly functional — these no-bake collagen bites deliver skin-supportive peptides in a treat-worthy format. Keep a batch in the fridge for an indulgence that still supports your glow-from-within ritual.

Ingredients:
- 250 g Medjool dates, pitted
- 180 g cashews 
- 4 tbsp raw cacao powder, 30 g
- 3 tbsp Par Olive Marine Collagen Superpowder (Organic Coconut)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 4 tbsp desiccated coconut, 30 g
- 1/4-1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- raw cacao nibs and more desiccated coconut  for rolling

Method:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until a sticky dough forms. Roll into balls and coat in cacao nibs or coconut. Store in the fridge. Makes ~ 18-24 balls.
