COLLAGEN POPSICLES

These Collagen Popsicles blend coconut milk, antioxidant-rich fruit and Par Olive Marine Collagen Superpowder into a freezer-friendly treat that feels equal parts nourishing and indulgent. 

With flavours of Coconut Berry, Matcha Vanilla and Mango Citrus, each pop delivers collagen peptides alongside antioxidants that support skin hydration and long-term resilience.

Coconut Berry 

(makes 4-6 popsicles)

330 ml full-fat coconut milk

2 tbsp Par Olive Marine Collagen Superpowder (Organic Coconut)

1-2 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 tsp ground vanilla

pinch sea salt

berry swirl: 100 g raspberries (fresh or frozen) + 1 tbsp maple syrup + 1tsp fresh lemon juice

Simmer raspberries with maple syrup and lemon juice until slightly jammy and let cool. Blend coconut milk, collagen, maple syrup, vanilla and sea salt until smooth. Pour into popsicle moulds, swirl in berry mixture and freeze 4–6 hours.


Matcha Vanilla 

(makes 4-6 popsicles)

330 ml full-fat coconut milk

2 tbsp Par Olive Marine Collagen Superpowder (Ceremonial Grade Matcha)

1-2 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 tsp ground vanilla

pinch sea salt

optional: extra 1 tsp matcha powder

Blend all ingredients until completely smooth. Pour into popsicle moulds and freeze 4–6 hours until fully set. Finish with matcha dusting.


Mango Citrus

(makes 4-6 popsicles)

300 g mango 

(fresh or frozen)

100 ml full-fat coconut milk

2 tbsp Par Olive Marine Collagen Superpowder (Unflavoured)

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp fresh lime juice

1/2 tsp fresh lime zest

pinch sea salt

Blend all ingredients until completely smooth. Pour into popsicle moulds and freeze 4–6 hours until fully set.
