French toast with cherry collagen compote

Our Cherry Collagen French Toast pairs golden sourdough with a warm cherry compote enriched with Par Olive Unflavoured Marine Collagen Superpowder, elevating a classic breakfast into a beauty ritual.
Sweet & vibrant cherries provide natural antioxidants, while marine collagen supplies the amino acids that help support healthy skin, hair, and nails.
Ingredients
– 4 slices sourdough
– 2 eggs
– 120 ml milk (dairy or almond)
– 1 tsp ground vanilla
– ½ tsp cinnamon
– pinch sea salt
– organic butter or coconut oil, for cooking
Cherry Collagen Compote:
– 240 g cherries (fresh or frozen, pitted)
– 1 tbsp maple syrup
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 1- 2 tbsp Par Olive Unflavoured Marine Collagen Superpowder
Method
Simmer cherries with maple syrup and lemon juice for about 6–8 minutes until soft and slightly jammy.
Remove from heat and mix in the collagen until fully dissolved. Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and sea salt in a shallow bowl.
Dip the bread slices briefly on both sides and cook in a buttered pan over medium heat until golden.
Serve warm topped with the cherry collagen
compote and yoghurt.
