Silky Matcha Collagen Mousse

Think of this as your elevated, skin-loving dessert moment: silken tofu whipped with maple and vanilla, blended with our Marine Collagen Superpowder in Ceremonial Grade Matcha for a subtly energizing twist. A creamy and chic treat.

 

Ingredients:

500 g silken tofu
- 3 tbsp Par Olive Marine Collagen Superpowder (Ceremonial Grade Matcha)
- 3-4 tbsp maple syrup 
- 1 fresh vanilla bean, seeds scraped (or 2 tsp vanilla extract)
- 1/4-1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- 1-2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 3–4 tbsp coconut milk (optional, for extra creaminess)
Toppings: crushed pistachios, fresh lime zest, flaky sea salt

 

 

Method:

Blend all ingredients until completely smooth. Chill at least 30–60 min before serving. Top just before serving. Makes 2 big or 4 small portions.
