Strawberry Collagen Dark Chocolate Bars

These dark chocolate strawberry collagen bars pair naturally sweet dates, fresh strawberries, and Par Olive Marine Collagen Superpowder for a simple, nourishing treat. Easy to prepare and perfect to keep in the fridge, they're a delicious way to elevate your daily skincare ritual.
INGREDIENTS
– 300 g dates, pitted
– 160 g raw cashews
– 120 g raw almonds
– 2 tbsp chia seeds
– 40- 60 g cacao powder
– 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
– 1/2 tsp ground vanilla
– 1/2 tsp sea salt + extra pinch for topping
– 1½ tbsp Par Olive Unflavoured Marine Collagen Superpowder
– 100 g dark chocolate
– Fresh strawberries
– Cacao nibs

METHOD
- Add dates, cashews and almonds to a food processor and pulse until crumbly. Add chia seeds, cacao powder, coconut oil, vanilla, sea salt and collagen and blend again until the mixture starts to clump together. If needed, add 1–2 tbsp water.
- Press the mixture firmly into a loaf pan or small baking tray lined with parchment paper. Melt the dark chocolate and spread evenly over the base.
- Top with thinly sliced strawberries, a small pinch of sea salt and cacao nibs.
- Place in the freezer for about 45 minutes until firm, then cut into bars. Store in the fridge.
